2020 has been a year of limitless upheaval, and yet the show must go on. Yes it must! With all that has happened during the year, you can agree with me that movies, one way or the other has helped to soothe the mind.
I’ll be sharing my list of the best movies I enjoyed this year 2020. And be sure to let me know your favorite ones for the year also, even if they weren’t mentioned here.
Top 10 Movies
1. Bad Boys For Life 2020

Starring: Will Smith, Martin Lawrence, Vanessa Hudgens, Alexander Ludwig and more.
I love everything about this movie, ranging from the action. You don’t expect me to sleep on any of Will Smith’s films do you?:-)
2. Scare Me 2020

Starring: Aya Cash, Chris Redd, Rebecca Drysdale and more.
Smart, well-acted, and suitably chilling, Scare Me uses its familiar horror setting as the backdrop for a fresh deconstruction of standard genre ingredients.
3. After We Collided 2020

Starring: Hero Fiennes Tiffin, Josephine Langford, Dylan Sprouse, Inanna Sarkis and more.
Hello there, After fans!👋 As for this, all I can say is that, this is a dream come true!
4. The Old Guard 2020

Starring: Charlize Theron, Kiki Layne, Marwan Kenzari and more.
The Old Guard is occasionally restricted by genre conventions, but director Gina Prince-Bythewood brings a sophisticated vision to the superhero genre – and some knockout action sequences led by Charlize Theron.
5. Work It 2020

Starring: Sabrina Carpenter, Jordan Fisher, Liza Koshy, Keiynan Lonsdale and more.
Swears, this is another great movie I love. I don’t know, I have this thing for dance movies, it’s so captivating. My favorite actor is Jaz, she’s a whole vibe😂
6. The Social Dilemma 2020

Starring: Skyler Gisondo, Kara Hayward, Catalina Garayoa and more.
Clear-eyed and comprehensive, The Social Dilemma presents a sobering analysis of our data-mined present. I love this movie because, it somehow relates to what goes on presently. It leaves a rhetorical question stating; we tweet, we like, and we share–but what are the consequences of our growing dependence on social media?
7. The Wolf Of Snow Hollow 2020

Starring: Jim Cummings, Riki Lindhome, Robert Forster, Jimmy Tatro and more.
The Wolf of Snow Hollow treads somewhat unsteadily between horror and comedy, but writer-director-star Jim Cummings’ unique sensibilities make for an oddly haunting hybrid. I actually enjoyed watching it.
8. Enola Holmes 2020

Starring: Millie Bobby Brown, Louis Partridge, Henry Cavill, Sam Caflin and more.
The story is about the teenage sister of the already-famous Sherlock Holmes, who goes to London in search of her mother who has disappeared. A fun, and exciting adventure story.
9. Uncorked 2020

Starring: Mamoudou Athie, Kelly Jenrette, Matt Mcgory and more.
Like a good wine, once you let Uncorked breathe, its heartfelt tenderness will yield a sweet time.
10. Miss Americana 2020

Starring: Taylor Swift
Miss Americana provides an engaging if somewhat deliberately opaque backstage look at a pop star turned cultural phenomenon.
