Every moment of your life is a blessing and it should never change. When using the social media, we come across certain posts or captions that states; “I’m bored.” I believe this is a problem we all face sometimes. This present age, some people do not even have the time to even take a deep breath. It’s not their fault per say, but rather than just spending your time lying around and doing nothing you should try to make each and every moment count by doing something productive that interests you.
Who says you can’t have fun in what you’re doing? Here are few productive ways to ease your anxiety and boredom.
1. Meditate as much as possible
Meditation is a good way to survive pressure and stress. You can’t see or touch stress, but you can feel its effect on your mind and body. I assure you, it is a good way for relieving pain, anxiety and depression. Research review found it to be so. Meditation comes in different forms; concentration, heart–centered, mindfulness, walking and others.

2. Watch a movie
Watching movies is a way most people choose to spend their free time. It could be a funny comedy show, an action movie, romance episodes and others. Enjoyment of a movie is about engagement. This method can give you different layers to examine and think about, even while watching. So, ensure you practice this during your free time!

3. Personal care
You can only look good when you feel good. If there’s a haphazard and shabby look about you then it means something is odd.
Always do a daily check up on yourself– whether it’s your skin, nails, clothes or shoes– ensure they’re well taken off before you begin any stressful work again.
4. Do lots and lots of Research
In your free time, you can decide to do a variety of things– but what makes it very productive is when you find out incredible things you never knew about. Great! Isn’t it? Through research, you could discover useful skills to learn or find out where your interests lie, perhaps even discover something new to try with!

5. Exercise regularly
Finally– this is the best and most considered way for maintaining mental and physical fitness. Enough exercise can bring you back to your whole shape again! I promise you– you won’t even feel bored anymore.

Studies show that it is very effective at reducing fatigue, improving alertness and concentration. It also improves the ability to sleep, which in turn reduces stress and boredom. Yikes! I enjoy sleeping, no cap¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I do that in my free time, helps me to think clearly and refreshes my brain from all sorts. You should try it too!
